What it does

Looks like Outlook

Folders in Outlook order, Favorites (Unread, Flagged, Important), message list grouped by date, reading pane, dark mode.

Powerful search

from: subject: "exact phrase" has:pdf after:2023 -exclude, people suggestions, highlighted results. Arabic-aware.

Attachments

Open or save any attachment, or extract all PDFs or all attachments from an archive into a folder, without duplicates.

Huge archives

Opens files of 50 GB and more, several at once. Indexing shows time left and continues where it stopped.

Print & PDF

Print any message or save it as PDF with its header, sender, recipients and attachment list.

Safe by default

Original files are opened read-only. Scripts, remote images and trackers in emails are blocked.

How to use it

  1. Download the ZIP above, right-click it and choose Extract All.
  2. Open the extracted MailViewer folder and double-click Start Mail Viewer.bat. If Windows says “Windows protected your PC”, click More info → Run anyway.
  3. Mail Viewer opens in your browser at 127.0.0.1:8765, an address that exists only on your own PC.
  4. Click Open archive(s) and pick your .pst files (hold Ctrl to pick several). The first time, each archive is indexed for search; you can start reading right away.

Your emails never leave your PC

  • This website only hosts the program. It never sees, receives or stores your mail.
  • The program runs on your computer and reads your files where they are. Nothing is uploaded, no login, no tracking.
  • The search index is saved on your PC in %APPDATA%\OfflineMailViewer. Delete that folder to remove it.

برنامج لفتح نسخ Outlook الاحتياطية (PST وOST وMSG وEML وMBOX) وقراءتها والبحث فيها دون Outlook أو اشتراك أو إنترنت. حمّل الملف، وفك الضغط، ثم انقر نقرتين على Start Mail Viewer.bat. رسائلك تبقى على جهازك ولا تُرفع إلى أي مكان.
